HoverDart is a live drone-streaming platform that lets users broadcast aerial video and others watch in real time. HoverDart ("we", "us", "our") is operated by HoverSource, Inc.
You must be at least 13 years old to use HoverDart. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent. By creating an account, you confirm you meet these requirements.
All pilots broadcasting on HoverDart must comply with FAA recreational UAS rules, including:
You are solely responsible for ensuring your flights are legal and safe. HoverDart is not liable for any FAA violations, fines, accidents, or damages resulting from your flights.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@hoverdart.com if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You may not broadcast or post content that:
We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend any account at our discretion, including streams that receive multiple flags from viewers.
HoverDart uses a virtual coin system for tipping pilots. Coins have no cash value and cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, or transferred between accounts except as tips to pilots. All coin purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law. New users receive 100 free coins upon signup.
Coins received as tips may be converted to real-money payouts at our discretion and subject to minimum thresholds, identity verification, and applicable tax withholding. Payout terms are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
You retain ownership of the content you broadcast. By using HoverDart, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, transmit, and store your content for the purpose of operating the platform. We do not claim ownership of your content.
HoverDart is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that streams will reach any particular quality or audience.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HoverDart and its officers, directors, and employees are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability in any dispute will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the dispute arose.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HoverDart, its affiliates, and its personnel from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email. Continued use of HoverDart after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may delete your account in the app settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, applicable law, or at our discretion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Broward County, Florida.
